Gunnery Sergeant Geoffrey Parks, Drum Major, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band, and Drum Major Chris Blain lead the combined Third Marine Aircraft Wing Band and Winnipeg Police Pipe Band as they march on for the closing ceremony of the 157th Scottish Highland Gathering and Games at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, Sep 2nd, 2023.
