A Retired U.S. Marine Corps Veteran holds the American and Marine Corps flag during the 75th Appleton Flag Day Parade in Appleton, Wisconsin, June 13, 2026. The annual Flag Day Parade is referred to as one of the oldest, largest, Flag Day Parades in the nation with 50,000 patriotic attendees and is led by Marine Forces Reserve Color Guard, Marine Poolees from Recruiting Sub Station Appleton, and the Quantico Marine Band.
