GySgt Geoffrey Parks, Drum Major, 3rd MAW Band, leads the band during Scottish Fest at the OC Fair and Events Center in Costa Mesa, CA during Memorial Day weekend, 2023. The band performed at the festival to strengthen ties with communities in the Southern California area.
