Chief Warrant Officer Doggett is currently serving as the Fleet Band Operations Officer, Marine Corps Fleet Music, where he oversees service-level strategic music outreach of the Marine Corps Fleet Bands on behalf of the Director of Communication, Communication Directorate, Headquarters Marine Corps.
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doggett enlisted in the US Marine Corps in 2013 and completed Recruit Training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California and Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton, California. He subsequently completed the Basic Music Course in 2014 at the Naval School of Music in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doggett served as an instrumentalist at the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band (2014-2016). As do all Fleet Marine musicians, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doggett served in a variety of music, collateral, and leadership roles, to include Platoon leadership.
In 2017, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doggett served as an Instructor at the Naval School of Music.
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doggett graduated from The Basic School in 2023 and served as the Principal Director / Officer-In-Charge of the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing Band (2023-2025).
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Doggett attended the Unit Leader Course (2017) and holds a Bachelors in Music Education from Western Illinois University and a Masters in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky.
